What this site collects, and why.
Short version: the contact form sends me what you type, analytics counts visits without identifying you, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Last updated October 16, 2026.
What is collected
- Contact and call requests. Your name, email, phone if you give it, your business name and the message you write. It is emailed to me and kept in my inbox so I can reply and quote.
- Site analytics. Page views, referring site, approximate region, device type, and the campaign tags on the link you arrived from. No account, no name, no cross-site tracking.
- Server logs. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs, including IP address, for security and uptime.
How it is used
- To answer your message, prepare a plan and a price, and follow up about that request.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring real inquiries, so the site and ads can improve.
- Never for selling or renting your details, and never for sending marketing email you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
Form email is delivered through Resend. Hosting and logs are on Vercel. Each handles data only to provide that service. If we work together, project files, logins and payment details are covered by the written agreement for that project.
Keeping and deleting
Inquiry emails are kept while the conversation or project is active and for ordinary business records afterward. Email hello@workflowbyte.com and I will delete what you sent, unless a signed agreement requires keeping it.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. Analytics may set a first-party cookie to tell a repeat visit from a new one. There are no third-party advertising cookies.
